Golf Facilities—Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club Imagine a place so serene it puts life into perspective. Picture a highly acclaimed championship golf course designed to provide you with the golf experience of your lifetime. Pumpkin Ridge opened for play in 1992. Though it hardly seems possible at such a young age, both Ghost Creek and Witch Hollow have established a rich and storied history by playing host to many of golf's most prestigious championships. Hailed as one of the nation's premier semi-private golf courses, Ghost Creek's Robert Cupp-designed layout emulates traditional golf course architecture with gently rolling terrain and a creek that reappears throughout. Ghost creek was home to the NIKE TOUR Championships in 1993 and 1994 and was rated in 2003 in Golf Magazine's "Top 100 Places You Can Play."
Golf Instructors—Jerry Mowlds, Christopher Smith & Staff Complementing the two nationally acclaimed courses is a fully staffed 17-acre practice facility and nationally ranked teaching staff. Director of Instruction, Jerry Mowlds is listed among Golf Magazine's "Top 100 Instructors." Our teaching staff also includes Master Instuctor Christopher Smith who was selected by Golf Digest as "Top 5 Instructors in Oregon" for 2003.
