FCA Golf Camp is designed to create an environment where teenagers will learn about and experience the challenge and adventure of living in a relationship with Jesus Christ and improve their skills in the game of golf. Our teaching priorities include golf as a game of fun, lifelong enjoyment, and a teacher of life lessons. The camp will provide insights for players of all skill levels.

The curriculum features:
  • Practice Rounds and Tournaments: Give a true picture of golf competition.

  • Skills Competition: Test campers against themselves, others in their age group, and their skill level.

  • Course Management: Learn how to make the best decisions on the course.

  • Rules of Golf: Understand the rules and use them to give the best options.

  • Golf Psychology: Play with confidence, handle themselves professionally, not letting the course control their actions.

  • Chipping: Develop techniques to execute shots that give the best putting opportunities.

  • Putting: Touch and distance.

  • Sand Play: Make the sand a place of opportunity, not fear.

  • Pitching: Learn to execute shots that provide opportunities for better scoring.

  • Golf Swing: Develop techniques that provide best reproduction and best performance.

  • Specialty Shots: Develop a menu of shots for unusual lies, circumstances, and trajectories.

  • Golf Conditioning: Learn golf-specific exercises and stretching techniques.

  • Golf Professionals: Top-notch instructors will give individual attention to each golfer for learning or increasing their knowledge of golf.
